« Trop cher pour le résultat final, déçus »
Le personnel du bar et les femmes de chambre étaient agréables - en particulier le personnel du bar, très avenant et aux petits soins pour les clients. Les animateurs sont sympathiques et font de leur mieux pour divertir les vacanciers. Tout le personnel parle français, ou du moins essaye. Les animatrices du mini club sont top avec les enfants. La navette pour se rendre à la plage est pratique, il faut un peu jouer des coudes aux heures de pointe pour avoir de la place et ne pas attendre 20 minutes de plus. Le parc d'oliviers est sublime.
Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est trop cher pour les prestations proposées. La connexion WiFi est quasiment inexistante dans les chambres et sur l'ensemble de l'hôtel à l'exception du bar. Nous étions dans une suite familiale qui ne correspondait pas à la description sur Booking (pas de lits simples dans la chambre, uniquement dans le salon sans canapé lit comme annoncé). Nous avons eu des problèmes de climatisation en arrivant, réglés en changeant de chambre. Les parties communes sont étouffantes du au manque de climatisation. Les buffets ne sont pas de bonne qualité, les plats sont répétitifs et les desserts disponibles que le soir (uniquement de la glace et des fruits disponibles le midi). Il n'y a pas de collations proposées à 11H00 et le goûter de 16H30 est composé majoritairement de fruits voire des restes du midi. Nous étions en pension complète, par conséquent les boissons sont gratuites que pour les repas (petites subtilités, uniquement de l'eau ou du vin. Si vous souhaitez un soda - ailleurs qu'au distributeur de boissons en poudre car réservé aux all inclusive - vous devez sortir votre portefeuille). En règle générale, la musique est trop forte sur tout l'hôtel notamment à la piscine. Lorsque nous étions dans notre première chambre, impossible de fermer l'oeil avant minuit à cause de la musique bien trop forte provenant d'un autre hôtel du domaine. Piscine intérieure fermée.
